All goods supplied by Easy Office Furniture are covered by a commercial warranty.
Product warranties
Easy Office Furniture products come with a warranty against defects. Warranty durations vary by product and are detailed on individual product pages and catalogues.
The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear, natural variations, or damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse. If a warranty claim is accepted, Easy Office Furniture will repair, replace, or swap parts to resolve the issue at the original delivery address, free of charge.
Warranty terms:
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- It begins from the date of delivery and is void if the product is used outside its intended purpose.
- All repairs must be carried out by an authorised Easy Office Furniture representative.
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and additional requested documentation, such as photographs. If required, the product must be made available for inspection by an authorised representative.
